About Dee

I understand your world from the inside

I spent more than 20 years in high-pressure corporate environments — at Deloitte, Grant Thornton, and PwC. I know exactly what it feels like to perform at a high level while carrying something heavy beneath the surface.

Hypnotherapy and nervous system work changed how I experienced my own life. Not by stepping away from my career, but by changing what was happening inside it. Today I co-found and run Reset My Mind while continuing in a senior role at a Big 4 firm.
