Alongside founding Reset My Mind, I continue to work within high-pressure corporate environments while also working in hypnotherapy and subconscious change work.

With more than 20 years' experience as an accountant across the Big 4 firms, I know the late nights. The constant deadlines. The pressure of high-stakes conversations and being relied on by clients, teams and leadership.

I also understand what it feels like to carry that level of responsibility while managing family life, relationships and everything else outside of work.

From the outside, it can look like you are coping well. But internally, many women are running on pressure, adrenaline and constant mental load for years without ever fully switching off.
